Accessing analytics

  1. Go to Journeys
  2. Click on any journey
  3. Analytics are displayed on the detail page

Key metrics

Enrollment metrics

MetricDescription
Total EnrolledAll customers who have entered
Currently ActiveCustomers in the journey now
CompletedFinished all steps
Exited EarlyLeft before completion

Engagement metrics

Email Open Rate% who opened emails
Click Rate% who clicked links

The funnel view

The funnel shows drop-off at each step:

Enrolled: 1,000 (100%)

Step 1 (Send): 950 (95%)

Step 2 (Wait): 920 (92%)

Step 3 (Send): 880 (88%)

Completed: 850 (85%)

Look for big drops between steps. They indicate where customers are disengaging.

Troubleshooting with analytics

Low enrollment

  • Check trigger segment size
  • Verify journey is active
  • Review re-entry settings

High drop-off

  • Content not relevant?
  • Wait too long?
  • Too many steps?

Low opens

  • Subject line issues
  • Timing problems
  • List fatigue

Low clicks

  • Weak call-to-action
  • Content mismatch
  • Technical issues

Exporting data

To export journey analytics:

  1. Click Export button
  2. Choose format (CSV, Excel)
  3. Select date range
  4. Download
