Supported Platforms

LinkedIn is tracked as a future provider. It is not currently connectable in CRM Admin until the backend provider, database enum, and OAuth client support ship together.

You'll need admin access to your club's social accounts to connect them. Contact your IT team if you don't have the necessary permissions.

Managing Connected Accounts

Viewing Connected Accounts

Go to SettingsIntegrationsSocial Media to see:

  • All connected accounts
  • Connection status
  • Last sync time
  • Available features per account

Account Status Indicators

StatusMeaning
ConnectedWorking normally
Expires in XdToken expires soon; refresh before scheduled posts
ErrorThe platform reported a problem
DisconnectedConnection lost; setup is required again

Refreshing Expiring Accounts

Social platforms require periodic token refresh:

  1. Find the account with Expires in Xd, Error, or Disconnected status
  2. Open the account actions menu
  3. Click Refresh Token
  4. If refresh fails, disconnect the account and start the OAuth connection again
  5. Confirm the account status returns to Connected

If the platform did not issue a renewable token, CRM marks the connection as expired and requires you to reconnect the account through OAuth.

If CRM cannot read the stored provider token, it also marks the account as expired. Reconnect the account through OAuth so CRM receives a fresh provider token.

Set a calendar reminder to check your connections monthly. This prevents posting failures from expired connections.

Disconnecting an Account

To remove a connected account:

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrationsSocial Media
  2. Find the account to remove
  3. Click the menu
  4. Select Disconnect
  5. Confirm the disconnection

Disconnecting an account will cancel any scheduled posts for that platform.

  • Ensure no security apps are blocking tokens

Can't Find My Page

If your Facebook Page doesn't appear:

  • Confirm you have admin access

  • Try logging out and back in to the platform

Instagram Not Appearing

Common issues:

  • Enable two-factor authentication on all social accounts

Regular Audits

  • Review connected accounts quarterly
  • Remove accounts no longer needed
  • Check who has posting permissions

If an Account is Compromised
