🔴 DisconnectedConnection lost, needs setup again

Reconnecting Expired Accounts

Social platforms require periodic re-authentication:

  1. Find the account with "Reconnect Needed" status
  2. Click Reconnect
  3. Log in to the platform again
  4. Grant permissions
  5. Account status returns to "Connected"

Set a calendar reminder to check your connections monthly. This prevents posting failures from expired connections.

Disconnecting an Account

To remove a connected account:

  1. Go to Social MediaSettings
  2. Find the account to remove
  3. Click the menu
  4. Select Disconnect
